Thread: Virtualbox xml Files?

running 10.10 , virtualbox 4.0.8. have winxp , ubuntu 11.04 running in virtualbox. keep reading changes made xml file each machine located, e.g, @ /home/username/.virtualbox/machines/windows xp/windows xp.xml. however, when in /home/username/.virtualbox/machines/ folder empty. both virtual machines work i'm assuming setup ok. specified folder empty xml files must located elsewhere - where?

do have

/home/user/virtualbox vms

you should have .vbox file in there vm, believe used (pre virtualbox version 4.0) .xml file.
