Thread: How to recovery Ubuntu 11.04

hi,

messed ubuntu 11.04 while playing features of compiz.i can see few folders of mine , nothing else on screen.i can't access anything.no left hand pannel or top pannel. though restart it.it stayed same , that's annoying.can tell me terminal codes should write make recovery?

if can terminal try code,

unity --reset

try keyboard combination of ctrl + alt + t bring terminal if can't access sidebar.
