hello, possible subscribe muse, create website, export webhost , unsubscribe until changes required? may result in subscribing muse few times per year rather every month.

you can achieve going muse page , choose buy subscription plan (see here), , choose plan dropdown "month-to-month" (screenshot).
when check out see following notice and therefore have cancel subscription when don't need anymore.
