submitting forms for editing

i new boards giving try. physical therapist. want make hand written form electronic form. want send form agency review medical content possibly editing returning me review. if approve when come office print , sign it. pdf reader @ agency's end. use form on ipad pdf reader fill data form. don't understand lmitation have read 500 unique users or 500 edits. can explain me. i'm confused this. using form populating data each patient.

maybe question broad. have created fillable pdf using acrobat x. have saved allowed filled , saved reader x. going use pdf form gather information evaluations of patients. want on new ipad using adobe reader. save filled form , have printed. want save each form under name of patient.

are there limitations using adobe reader form created? end user agreement confuses me. can explain me can , can't form created want fill adobe reader on ipad.
