that depends on purpose....
would redirect people associated menu, or homepage of 1 of content languages?

on own site (2.5 multilanguage) have associated menus:
that way visitors directed associated menu when click other language flag.

if don't create associated menus, visitors click other language flag redirected homepage of other language.
