i download on 3 1,000 page pdfs , ocr them, in readable quality after run ocr , save it, text beacuse grainy , faint, , hurts eyes when read. why can change or adjust settings?
it depends on settings use ocr. default 'searchable image' resample page image save space - can either tweak settings or use 'searchable image (exact)' option leaves page image as-is.
trying clearscan may option - converts text font, allow change color using editing tools in acrobat. if scans faint 1 option darken them without affecting images , backgrounds.
