I have adobe premiere elements 10 and I am having some problems with it please help

so here problems i'm having adobe premiere elements 10:

1. transitions not load. word loading pops , won't come up.

2. videos won't play smoothly. when press play skipps in way won't play smooth makes hard edit.

3. keeps closing out on me. have thing pops says "adobe premiere elements has stopped working , closes out of program. constantly.

 

please me don't know wrong it.

the first 2 issues sound video driver problem.

 

what make/model of video card/chip?

what installed video driver number , date?

 

for last issue, many things, including video driver. i'd on article, , if there nothing in first part, move on tuning os computer in second part. time post full specs. of computer, , both project , source footage. finally, part 3 covers many troubleshooting tips, , furnishes many links.
