i've tried unistall pse8 when select unistall freezes screen saying "preparing uninstall". told tech support drag folder trash , try reinstall disk. tried doing , says "preparing install". doesn't @ all.
something different - 2 buttons when try install (quit , install) both have little blue square right on them.
either way not working.
please help!
mac or windows, , did drag trash?
