Can't watch videos online

i unable watch videos online. youtube works fine other links/websites megavideo/putlocker/etc video not play. looks videos going buffer never loads

 

 

i've tried using 3 other different browsers (ie,chrome, mozilla), uninstalling/reinstalling browsers, uninstalling/reinstalling adobe flash player, java, shockwave multiple times, clearing cache/cookies still no change!

 

i've ran antivirus, anti-malware check if maybe virus no threats detected. other day, after uninstalling/reinstalling google chrome , adobe videos loaded!! few hours later tried watch again , problem had return. able watch videos on  other computers can assume problem not website mean probelm flashplayer or computer? can me figure out wrong/how fix this?
