Users having trouble in Adobe X with a form created in Adobe 9

i told , adobe support person recreate in newer version, adobe x, issue users on previous adobe software versions?

 

issues submitted client:

 

we having difficulty government forms packet. fill out , hit submit , nothing happens. go , check see if missing , dates , fill in social security number missing. no matter how many times
i fill out gone. i'm not prompted else.  jordan says must computer. have new dell windows 7 , have never had problems filling out forms on before.

 

other example -  complete form hit submit , nothing happens

 

i’ve been told there known issue abode x , firefox;  tell our candidates use internet explorer

how form set submit, exactly? submit email address or web server?
