Is there a way to have a watermark WITH a dynamic time stamp included?

our client rep has asked if can create pdfs (generated our web app) not include watermark (which have using png image), watermark includes dynamic timestamp.

i know can add these separately, wants watermark dynamically timestamped.. know cannot done via image png, there other way in pdf?
