How to rebuild extracted audio files


just started working pp again after 8 long years away , i've run in problem first project.

 

i imported load of wav files zoom h4n , pp-cs6 automagically did thing , replaced them these *wonderful* audio extracted mov files unexpected didn't seem affect edit working on.

 

until is!

 

i seem have deleted of "extarcted audio files" , sound wont play.

i know can manually swap clips originals , i'll in action that's gonna take quite while have few of questions:

 

  1. is there an  easy way make premier rebuild missing extracted audio files.
  2. can prevent pp automatically creating these extracted audio files?
  3. and if can prevent how do it?

cs6 automagically did thing , replaced them these *wonderful* audio extracted mov files

 

pp doesn't on it's own.  happens after user intervention, such sending project audition, or if initiate render , replace.

 

if extracted files have been deleted hard drive, you'll have go originals manually.
