Flash Player issues on Speedtest.net

i have same problem. http://speedtest.net/ (that using flash check connection speed) demonstrates problem well:

the problem occuring me since uprading firefox 13 , flash 11.3.300. ie , chrome have same version of flash on machine not affected. switched chrome because sites youtube not usable anymore in firefox.

 

workarounds:

 

i tried uninstalling 11.3.300 , reinstalling - didn't work

i turned off realplayer setting - didn't work

i turned off virus real time protection (f-secure) - didn't work

i want make sure we're communicating clearly.  experiencing crash on speedtest.net?

 

if so, try disabling hardware acceleration.  video troubleshooting guide below has instructions on how -- can skip other stuff.
