Why would indesign automatically move links to the pasteboard

hello there,

 

has had issue when working in indesign alot of eps images, text , vector graphics, while working various links on various pages show on page.

but when going link in links panel link says on "pb" pasteboard?

i never use eps can’t say, you’d still need provide far more details.
