Unusal situation need help on - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello, have used forum plenty of times fix issues boy in a
duzzie , need assistance.

first of have joomla 1.5.25. main domain
www.mydomain.com comes blank. in fall upgraded from
joomla 1.0x. did create subdomain , did fresh install of 1.0
with intent of doing upgrade not interfere live site.

the upgrade 1.0 1.5.25 went without hitch , every thing worked
honky dory in subdomain. data came on old version , had some
pretty 1.5 templates after built in subdomain , fine tuned decided take install live domain. here sure messed up. copied of files subdomain , pasted them in live site.

site loaded ok doing when log admin make articles or whatnot log me in www.mydomain/subdirectory/administrator page. know enough know true admin page of live site
should doesn't show up. when add article in subdirectory while logged in show in live site. being in hurry lived that.
making changes in subdirectory show in main domain. exploited , main page no longer shows data still there. log into
my subdomains administrator page , can view site there but
only in subdirectory main page www.mydomian.com/subdirectory.

all of links main page blank nothing. if change link
to mydomain.com/subdirectory shows..

is maybe having (2) configuration.php? on subdomain have
in config.php pointing main page.

maybe missing small or made mess of things

any assistance appreciated
