Thread: Is it ok/possible to install 'oneiric' PPA pkgs on Natty?

hi,

upgrade latest version of midori, apparently 0.3.6-1ubunt1 on development branch, , guess should available under ppa:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/amd64

running natty, upgraded latest, on amd64. okay/possible latest dev version of midori ? explain how might able ? also, might steps undo ?

cheerss,
icarus

tbh, i'm not sure, think bad idea. ppa have 11.10 versions of core software , configs, upgrade existing files accordingly.

if have ppa individual app (say mplayer or vlc) wouldn't worried it, looks entire system root. make sure have backups before experimenting.
