hey, new ubuntu , gnome 3 , can not find out how change icon theme, downloaded theme debianart , works great on mint , opensuse can not find change on gnome 3, have looked everywhere on internet , can not find me. tried installing in gnome classic hoping carries on gnome 3 cant find theme manager panel anymore.
have tweak tool , have tried little in gconf-editor. taking time read , hope able give me assistance

unpacked , placed in /usr/share/icons folder , worked mint , opensuse used change desktop background>themes>install, wish easy on gnome 3.
