will able read,open, edit pdf file created in acrobat x pro acrobat 9 pro? exception? specific version 9 pro? or 9 pro version can it?

it depends. generally-speaking content of pdf files created in acrobat x use pdf/1.7 base level open in acrobat , reader 9, there exceptions, including:

 

• pdf portfolios won't display properly
• pdfs using 'acrobat x or later' security hash won't open @ all
• some edge case scenarios certification won't validate
• files exploit bugs in 1 version or hit bug in previous version

 

all pdfs created in acrobat (standard or pro) will  open in same version of reader, standard or pro - it's creation/editing features vary between flavors.
