Program Monitor is Black, no video playback after installing new graphics card

i bought pny nvidia quadro 2000 graphics card few days ago, , since it's been installed, i've been unable watch video playback in program, source or reference monitor.

 

similarly, if designate 1 of monitors soley video playback, screen black, , timecode advances on timeline hear sound.

 

my project using "mercury playback engine gpu acceleration" premiere pro cs6.0.1

 

i went using 1 graphics card using 2 graphics cards, , installed third monitor. i've spent last few days trying think of, uninstalled , re-installed premiere.

 

hardware specs:

windows 7 ultimate (64-bit)

hp pavilion h8-1230z

amd-fx8150 3.59ghz 8 core processesor

16gb ram

600w ps

evga nvidia geforce gtx 550ti

pny nvidia quadro 2000

 

i using pci x16 quadro 2000

i using pci x1 slot w/x1-x16 adapter 550ti

could problem?

vectorscope, scopes, yc waveform - display modes work.

i downloaded recent nvidia drivers both of cards.

i haven't received error messages or had problems in after effects cs6, video playback working in other adobe applications.

since bought quadro recently, try return , change nvidia gtx 670. equally priced, gtx 670 faster , supports 4 monitors, can pull out 550 ti , sell it.

 

i guess problem dual video card setup use different drivers. dual video cards can done, though pr can use primary card, drivers need same both cards , not case.
