I gave an invalid date of birth and was marked ineligible to use my ExportPDF subscription

your prompts require date of birth....why??? have cc info - don't need more pii.

 

i answered invalid date (today's date) , marked me ineligible use exportpdf service purchased.

 

this stupid!!! how long going take fixed?  need exported spreadsheet now.

my records show you're dob hasn't been set in our system.  can try logging 1 of our services, such acrobat.com?
