Thread: Think i've got a problem not sure if it involves security at the moment ?

hi used teriminal , input sudo apt-get update , apt-get upgrade , pressed y feeling tired.

saw 1 upgrade clicked y.

ended adobe flash-plugin. went uninstall because have gnome gnash player good.

ran command sudo apt-get remove , got output:

sudo apt-get remove adobe-flashplugin

reading package lists... done
building dependency tree
reading state information... done
virtual packages 'adobe-flashplugin' can't removed
following package automatically installed , no longer required:
nspluginwrapper
use 'apt-get autoremove' remove them.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 remove , 0 not upgraded.

matt,

have tried using synaptic package manager? if haven't suggest give try. search adobe-flashplugin. if find , box filled, installed. uninstall, click on box, ask if want reinstall, uninstall or uninstall completely. chose uninstall , select apply on toolbar. have confirm if want , let know going uninstall. once confirm want, click apply. return box says changes applied.

hope helps.

hopping ubu
