Trying to enter "My Information" leads to ERROR page. Why?

when in adobe.com, automatically logs me in...

there click on name, select "my information"  , end on page:

 

why?

just worked me... tuesday 6-19 8:10 pacific time zone

i don't understand that... mean logged in @ these forums before go adobe? (such clicking big red @ top left of forum page?)

 

log out, go adobe main page , log in again... try again
