hello.
i'm looking tool (hopefully can downloaded software center) monitors bandwidth computer does.
when detects hit 10gb monthly limit, window pops , says "woah! limit has been reached month!" , turns off networking until beginning of next month.
great if tool had nice gui graphs , such.
there tool exists can this?
