not sure best way this, need make dvd page person's bio, selectable main menu. created menu page , pasted text pdf document. came in laid out in pdf, uneditable. great, except fuzzy , difficult read on screen. not sure causing poor resolution.
have tried several ways bring text in via photoshop well, not able make better. 
is there better way this? suppose can make scrolling title video clip in premiere, trying keep 1 static page.
also, how create text page in program 2 columns in pdf above? ps cs6 paragraph styles not seem allow this.
i copied , pasted section of pdf encore menu being edited in photoshop. same result whether put new layer insertion point or text box. have no problem editing it, including changing font.
i won't looks great, passable.
the screenshot posting wide see well. show image in photoshop layers twirled open.
to columns purpose, use 2 text boxes side side. present 1 column @ time, "more" button @ bottom.

i still think means image pdf, not text/editable. top maximize chances, copy 1 paragraph pdf @ time. do not span column.
