installation interrupted , not finish, think did not install photoshop organizer or something, instructed me click on finish button. affect use of photoshop elements 10? downloaded on usb use on computer. do?
run installer again. if not work, uninstall software computer, restart (just sure) , reinstall.
you have installer on usb should not take time.
