Importing Illustrator Text - error converting to shapes

hi,

 

using cs6 , trying import text illustrator. creates error on converting shape layer.

 

steps were:

 

making simple text documment using video template (1080p)

4 layers different text

all large text 30+pts

converting outlines

making sure no empty text point etc.

 

import comp ae

right click , convert shape layer

 

works on layers, not others

 

error is:

 

 

there no literal triangles in text, wierd:

 

any ideas?

probably due how text shaped (non-convex or self-intersecting curves somewhere) , tesselation algorithm not being able figure things out or filling them infinitely tiny triangles exceed minimum precision requirements , bring engine limit....
