Export PDF rgb warning?

hello,

 

working on cs5 on mac..

 

i have defined working preflight profile give error message when rgb images used in document.

 

this enough ensure no rgb images slip through net when export pdfs,

but possible change preferences indesign give warning pop-up if try export pdf,

like how warn of missing fonts?

not looking for, save pdf x-1a, rgb images should converted then.

 

i consider working rgb-images in indesign , separating on exporting pdfs viable option (of course color settings should set , images prepared accordingly).
