hi using ubuntu 11.04 64bit in virtualbox setup. have allocated ubuntu use 6gig of ram out of 8gigs have in rig..

wondering of there script or application can use make ubuntu use of ram?

want see how host operating system cope if full 6 gigs in use ?

linux use memory give it. whatever isn't used programs allocated disk caching.

if want complete inventory of memory usage, run "cat /proc/meminfo" command prompt.
