Thread: Problem copying file with SCP

i have problem copying files cloud servers scp office. when scp of 17mb war file says stalled , reconnect , again says stalled 1 below:

i checked if problem isp but, checking upload speed said fine side , checked attaching file in gmail , uploaded fine in 3mins usually. think no issue isp side.

contacted cloud server technician if help, , proved sending files between cloud servers , said fine side.

tried other cloud servers, tried winscp, tried rsync result same. somehow have make work how was, because web-developers waiting production deployment.

today, took someones copy staging cloud server allowing ip in iptables. means office scp stalls outside if have access works fine.

i'm not knowing how solve issue. think should have network side knowledge. came across this?, how solved?.

please need help. you!
