Inserting a special character with GREP styles

i wanna define grep style makes this: if write bluetooth wanna registered trademark added @ end of word superscript format. possible?

no, grep styles apply formatting, cannot insert characters. use regular find & change so.

 

(there is thinking-outside-of-the-box solution. if have access font creating utility, can create character 'h' tm attached it. can use grep style automatically apply custom font 'h' of 'bluetooth'. see http://indesignsecrets.com/insert-a-special-character-with-grep-styles.php.)
