Thread: How to use lamp server

hello everybody

have installed on ubuntu 11.04 lamp server using command:

sudo apt-get lamp-server^

, seems ok.

question is: how use server? intention upload joomla! trying out settings , applications, how apache, mysql , php running? how switch them off?

there kinf of interface? must use command line?

you can use command line, or can use webmin configure apache.

can use phpmyadmin configure sql databases too.

in order use it, upload files /var/www/ , access them web browser.
