Issues with Flash Professional - Runs one time.

hello,

 

i creative cloud member. have programs loaded on main computer , work great flash professional is program giving me trouble. flash download , run first time, can't reopen after first run. on load screen showing files being loaded, flash not make passed loading fonts. using pc way. ideas???

if on windows 7 might test launching right clicking , choosing run administrator. also, try recreating user preferences

 

there doc earlier versions, process should moreless same.
