i have toshiba satellite laptop i've been wanting few upgrades to. number 1 hard drive. has 250gb sata drive in running @ 5400 rpm. want double capacity , @ 7200 rpm, 16 mb cache. pretty basic specs, between $70 , $100. i'm looking energy efficient piece of hardware.
so, opinions on energy efficient laptop hard drive these specifications? brand should go with? seagate, western digital, samsung, hitachi, else entirely...?

i put 1 in netbook , have been happy it. dense platters, large cache, fast spindle speed. reads , writes consistently ~100mb/s
