i'll leaving in few weeks doing editing in developing country , concerned issues cs6, premiere not playing macs, serious error messages, etc. need use prelude our avchd workflow (long story), i'm wondering backup if can install cs 5.5 prod prem (with it's current updates) on external drive? have 1 macbook pro on lion , 1 on snow leopard.
i wrong, not believe prpro can installed on "portable drive," though program installed on boot drive, 1 can edit to/from fast enough external.
maybe todd, or adobe employee can either confirm, or deny above.
