Mac - PC Upgrade ?

i switching mac pc , cs4 cs6 wondering if can buy upgrade on pc though current version of cs on mac

 

can ?

two options i'm aware of:

 

1. crossgrade cs4 mac cs6 pc (traditional license upgrade)

2. join creative cloud (monthly membership fee) , have access both platforms
