Thread: Keyboard and Login Screen issue (not what you think)

hi, migrated wubi own partition, worked fine, couldn't have been more satisfied.

morning boot computer, , when ubuntu login screen, there no input keyboard, , cannot enter password. lights such caps lock work, can use keyboard in bios, grub, , windows 7.

have read other threads relating topic and:

• i have tired usb legacy thing in bios, not work.
• i have tried on screen keyboard, not work.
• i have tried switching languages , keyboad layouts, not work.
• i have rebooted computer many times, not work.

running 11.04 64 bit on hp g62. appreciated, continue using ubuntu, if can't login, i'm not sure can that.

some further information:

can still use keyboard in recovery mode. there can there fix it?
