sigplus suddenly stops working - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i'm using sigplus display single images. worked , looked great, stops working , error: [sigplus] critical error: image gallery folder.

my folders correctly defined , i've double check everything.

some common sources of error:

• folder name understood case-insensitive on 1 operating system (e.g. windows) , case-sensitive on (e.g. linux). when site transferred os case-insensitive file names os case-sensitive file names, sigplus gallery used work might broken. sigplus uses php , os facilities, , if os treats "myfolder" , "myfolder" differently, sigplus.
• many gallery extensions installed , enabled. default, sigplus uses activation tag string gallery, common name placing gallery in article. however, assumes have no other extension picks tags marked gallery. if there other extensions, may run before sigplus , fail parse activation tag in sigplus style, or sigplus might precede other extensions , accidentally parse activation tag meant extension. when such conflict situation multiple gallery extensions arises, best set activation tag on sigplus configuration page in administration back-end value other gallery, e.g. sigplus. (use search engine find out more setting activation tag, moderators not allow me paste links in posts.) sigplus invoked
