Missing Images in flash help output

hi,

 

i using rh 9 generate flashhelp.

 

everything fine except 2 images go missing in output.

 

• i tried generating several times.

 

• deleted image , re-inserted.

 

• nothing wrong image file. same other images.

 

other images appearing. don't know happended these two.

 

can please help?
