Copy Template: Works, but renders differently! - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i used copy template feature make copy of beez_20 template, in order use custom styling job. copy function appears work properly: shows copy of beez_20 template made , installed ... ... if select copy of beez_20 template default, renders site differently original beez_20 template copied!!!

upon further testing, true of beez5 template! instance, default beez5 template places main nav menu on left, in copy of beez5 template, appears on right!

how can be?

is there harcoded paths css files?
