after update to 10.1.3 the menus can't open normally and printing is not possibe

hello,

does recognise problem , can me ?

after update 10.1.3 menus open fuzzy. can still read pdf , when push print button, printscreen gets fuzzy , cant continue.

this happens when try read other menus preferences etc.

i can still open , read pdf files , printing other programs word f.e. still possible.

i downloaded update again, didn't help. tried delete cleaner , full installation, still have same problem.

can me please ?
