Include non-Joomla PHP files into Joomla site? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

we've built joomla website printer. our client hired php programmers build non-joomla online print store, store files not include template, main body area. we're needing combine our joomla template php store. on server have "printing" folder directory upload files.

i going old-school , make replicate header.php , footer.php files of joomla template in dreamweaver, , have php programmers insert include code @ top , bottom of each product file (brochures.php, flyer.php, etc), , put they're needed content in-between these includes.

i'd rather not build replicate template using dreamweaver. if of body-content files in "printing" directory, anyway include joomla template site? create wrapper menu item directory store need https during checkout won't work.

would know right direction push me in? if had idea take on there.

not sure if achieve want, if search extension called jumi, can include php code , files directly in articles , modules. set menu item point article x, , in content article x have jumi code output contents of "path_to_dir/printing/file.php" example. way won't need modify source files , header, menu, footer, sidebars etc wont affected.
