Error message when opening HTM

using captivate 6, published project set scorm 1.2 compliance. when opening htm file in browser window, following error message appears:

if click ok, project not display. if click cancel, error message goes away , project plays.

should concerned message?

this message indicates lms not receive scoring informtion course , therefore not able track user interactions, though content may play successfully.

 

would bother if happened?
