2.5.6 Menu front page issue - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello joomla folk,

i not noob joomla 2.5.x

i have articles done , published in categories (also published) somehow think (not sure) messed menu's when go site @ top (browser) looks default page login , not category item.

i going round in circles , driving myself mad this. happily accepted.

go menu manager , check in menus (e.g, main menu) , find out menu item identified default menu item (identified golden yellow star). landing page site. change default menu item menu item of choice.
