what is mean by help path in dialog?

i working on list component provided cq5 out of box.

ther ia 1 property called helppath value is  en/cq/current/wcm/default_components.html#list.

 

what helppath.

any appreciated.

there little icon shows in dialog when editing component content author.  path property specifies button goes.  gives functionality build in content content authors, may helpful in cases building many complex components.  don't see used often, it's there.
