in earlier versions of ubuntu in system> preferences> apearence there used tab desktop effects. think need togle dosnt apear anymore. how toggle in 11.04 or need @ all?

you using unity now. along metacity believe. unity works plugin compiz. cannot have wobbly windows when using unity's top panel.
