error occurred installing com_virtuemart.2.0.8c_ext_aio
installation com_virtuemart.2.0.8c went fine. installation com_virtuemart.2.0.8c_ext_aio displayed error. continued , configured parts of virtue mart exception of payment methods. loaded products, categories, etc. addressed payment methods , discovered com_virtuemart.2.0.8c_ext_aio plugin controls payment method. tried installing again , got same error. there wrong file uploading or extension manager experiencing form of corruption can correct?

update. downloaded fresh copy of extension , tried install com_virtuemart.2.0.8c_ext_aio. still got error during install , plugin did not install. little baby geek crying now.

i found solution. raised question on virtuemart forum , got reply solved problem.

wamp slow when compared real server, may need make max_execution_time bigger

i have never had problem installing vm2 components, , have done many times different tests , client use. key settings on linux servers use are:

php version 5.3.10 (compiled include bzip2 support - bz2) edited: running php5.3.13 , runs ok before

important php.ini settings are:

; resource limits ;
max_execution_time = 120
memory_limit = 128m

; file uploads ;
upload_max_filesize = 32m

post_max_size = 32m

the mysql version 5.0.95

i make sure there plenty of spare disk space each domain.

could please download tar.gz files aio http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files

extract file , try upload again. tar.gz smaller files , local or remote server can handle better.

also please take on solution jenkinhill post you.
