Application Manager Downloads 100% and stops there while downloading Creative Cloud Apps Win 7 64bit

application manager downloads 100% , stops there while downloading creative cloud apps, never goes actual installation.

progress bar @ 100% download , word "downloading" on screen, it.

tried leave alone 20 hours, never gets past point.

adobe support - phone , chat 100% worthless, first phone person - saikat sarkar - had no knowledge of computers in general , adobe products, none @ all.

when asked connect supervisor disconnected computer , hung on me same second.

any appreciated (seems adobe not care customers providing level of support).

 

i succesfull installing lightroom , dreamweaver, nothing else installs on win 7 64 bit pc.

tried reboot, cleanup, restart , reinstall app manager - no luck.

after progress bar reaches 100% downloading should see "extracting" progress bar. did screen.

 

after extracting should see "waiting install" , "installing" progress bar.

 

also few questions wanted know:-

1. did try installing each application or applications @ once.

2. browser did used. did try switch other browser , tried installing applications , got same issue.
