Thread: Looking for a VPN Guide


hi,

can recommend me vpn guide please? don't understand concept well, other securely pretending line you're on local network. guides i've seen involve windows or older versions of ubuntu. i'm running natty, apparently has preinstalled vpn support. found guide here, talks bridging connection? unfortunately, have 1 network card, not two, i've nothing bridge?

want able connect securely home network outside world, way can print , access other machines easily. use ssh @ moment, if that's use.

understand right need configure main computer @ home act vpn server, netbook connect to? there's no dhcp on home network, cause issue?

advice!

i used official guide (i believe it's official guide), , total openvpn noob, got server set , running clients in 2 days.
