Thread: Lenovo S10E Wireless not in snowcone menu upper right corner (ubuntu 11.04)

i new , life long ubuntu , linux user. followed several tutorials may have been older versions of ubuntu try , fix before deciding post , noticed in similar threads masters seemed ask info paste below. tweaking me out, computer guy trading , can't find solution on google on own first time. did extensive searching , loading/unloading before resorting asking help. before pull out hair hoping there easy fix. after installing ubuntu lenovo ideapad s10e , additionally loading broadcom sta drivers os asked me load. wireless not work. have unblocked wireless on rfkill , made sure physical switch set not block , wireless led turning on. rfkill list command shows no , no.. snowcone in upper corner nto show wirelss , broadcom sta driver says actived not in use. have tried reloading , trying solutions broadcom wireless in sticky thread @ top of wireless , networking.

your efforts in rfkill great work! see no driver in lsmod wireless. sure have broadcom wireless card? please run:
