JTable Check, Bind and Store functions - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi !

i need little explanation you. in jtable can use 3 main functions, check, bind , store. i'm not sure understand use, can give me example ?

i aske because if in com_content example, check on data store on check function check alias unique on store function... i'm little lost.

in joomla 2.5 added requirement of unique alias names com_content table ensure unique urls when using sef , rewrite features.

the check seeing ensure alias entered new article unique, if not rejects form submission notifying user alias entered being used.

does make sense?
